Winfield releases FY 2021-22 Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR)

The Village is pleased to announce the FY 2021-22 Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) is now available! The PAFR is a snapshot of data representing the financial activities of the Village.

While the PAFR is an unaudited document, information presented is drawn from the substantially more detailed 2021-22 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), commonly known as the audit, which is completed by an independent audit firm.

The PAFR is not intended to replace the full financial statements and note disclosures contained in the audit, but to be used by the reader as a tool to gain a general understanding of the Village’s financial activities regardless of financial background or training. Town Center Plan Update

Winfield residents, civic organization leaders, and local business leaders were invited to participate in a design charrette, a collaborative meeting for local stakeholders to share their thoughts and ideas, as part of the Town Center Plan Update on Tuesday, December 6th. This meeting provided additional feedback to the Village’s planning consultant, which will be incorporated into an updated planning document for the entire Town Center area. The first draft of this document is anticipated to be ready for Plan & Zoning Commission review and public comment this winter.
