This past Thursday, the Village Board held its first public discussion of the TIF2 lawsuit filed by Winfield School District 34 on November 21, 2021, which has blocked further development efforts in Winfield Town Center for 80 days and counting.  The frank and informative dialogue spoke to several misrepresentations that have been made to residents.  Please follow the link below to view the Q&A session and get the facts on the ramifications of this lawsuit for all Winfield taxpayers.
