Region 8 and Region 9 move to Phase 4

The Illinois Department of Public Health announced Wednesday Region 8 (DuPage County and Kane County) and Region 9 (Lake County and McHenry County) are moving to Phase 4 of the Restore Illinois Plan effective immediately.
