The Plan & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 12 on the much anticipated plans for Town Center redevelopment by the Village and NM-CDH.  This meeting will be broadcast live on Comcast  channel 10 and U-verse channel 99 .  Public comments to be read during the public hearing may be emailed to info@villageofwinfield.com until 3:00 p.m. on August 12.  Due to social distancing limitations at Village Hall, members of the public wishing to appear and address the Commission in person are directed to the Klein Creek Golf Course banquet tent where the hearing will be simulcast.  The tent may hold up to 50 audience members at a time, and any additional attendees will also be rotated through if desiring to address the Commission at the podium in the tent via video-teleconferencing.  View details in the Public Hearing Notice for this historic project.
