Public Participation at the March 19, 2020 Village Board Meeting

The Village Board will be holding a shortened Board meeting at 7:00 p.m. this evening to address some key business items.  Due to COVID-19 some changes have been made to protect the safety of participants.  Board members are allowed to participate by phone, and all attendees will be scanned at the door with a touchless thermometer for fever testing.  Due to social distancing requirements a very limited number of audience seats are available.  Attendees exceeding this number will need to wait outside, and the police will assist rotating in any citizens wishing to address the Board.  If you have a comment you wish to submit in advance, these may be emailed to the Deputy Clerk before the meeting and will be read into the record during Audience Participation.
