The reconstruction of streets is the means of dealing with roads that are beyond preventative, rehabilitative or renovation type maintenance operations.
The contracted-out work involves the complete removal and replacement of:
- Existing curbs and gutters
- Driveway aprons
- Service walks
- Carriage walks
- Selected public sidewalks
