Overview
The Village of Winfield operates six commuter lots. Two of the lots are permit parking only and the other four are daily parking.
The issuance of a parking permit by the Village is a privilege and not a property right. This privilege is extended solely for the use of the applicant and shall not be transferred or loaned to another individual.

Free Parking
There is no charge to park in Permit or Daily Lots on weekends or after 4 PM on weekdays. Free Parking is also available on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
